I have 2 branches.
Branch A, with 2 licenses installed.
- 20 users
- 05 users
Branch B, with license for 5 users
Five users physically move the branch A to branch B.
As I can do to move the "5 user license" of the Branch A to Branch ???

why not, it should be possible, ask kerio licensing dep for this.

It was possible, but had to do the same Kerio support in my country.
Anyone know the policies of Kerio about this???. If you buy the licenses, I should be able to use them or distribute them as I wanted

As far as I know it isn't allowed, unless the distributor (kerio office) in your country can arrange it.
The license you buy will be connected to the base license. So you can't transfer them if and when you like.
The license database at Kerio keep records. So that's the reason.

Hi Carlo,
Let me put the following example:
In the branch A, I have installed Linux Kerio Control (appliance) with 10 licenses
In the branch B, I have installed Kerio Control on Windows 2003 Server with 20 licenses.
Branch A will soon be closing and I need to pass the 10 licenses from branch A to my server in branch B, for a total of 30 licenses on one server (branch B)
In this case, as kerio not let me transfer the licenses, would mean that 10 licenses should I buy more??? and the other 10 that I have lost???

Hi Cristobal,
Your branche A has a Linux base licens with 5 usr add-on in total 10 usr.
You can transfer only the 5 usr add-on to the windows server and you had to buy 5 usr add-on to get 10 usr total.
Advise is to ask Kerio to close down the base license and convert this to 5 usr add-on.
But if you buy 10 usr add-on and close down Branche A license it would be the same action.
Please get a good advice of your local reseller or Kerio office/distributor.
Mostly there is something to arrange.
