I have a problem in the following scenario:

when a user has only read access permission on a file,
and that file is locally synchronized,
and the user makes any changes on the file

than the workspace client report an error that the
user has non permission to write on the server

that error will block the client,
the client will show the error forever and will no more sync

How can I solve ?

Unsubscribe the filelibrary and subscribe it again.

Yes of course but the problem keeps on repeating,

also because some excel file with macros
even if closed WITHOUT saving for some reason
the client want to upload a new version !

If a user have no write rights and he modify or delete a file
the client should download again and overwrite the original file from the server.

This is important because I use workspace to share files
also between 2 sites connected via VPN and the remote site
(away from the workspace server) use to locally sync all the files
in order to avoid download time.
And in my organization only a few users can modify the files;
all the other have only to read and not to modify even for mistake.

I understand you, unfortunately in the current version if somebody modifies a file, he or she must decide what to do with the modified file. From our point of view to simply replace the new content with the "old" content from the server (as you recommend) is potentially dangerous. But we will try to solve it in a next version.
