Hello all,

We are running Kerio Connect 7.4.1, Mac users on Snow Leopard latest security patches and Outlook 2011, latest updates. The users mailbox is ~300 meg, which is large, but not that big.

People are noticing slowdowns in Outlook 2011 when navigating their emails.

If the user is working in Excel for example, and then switches to Outlook 2011, Outlook and the messages takes 20-30 seconds to respond and display the correct message.

Then when outlook is the forefront applications, moving between messages takes ~2 seconds to display the next message in the preview pane.

The slowdown wasn't as noticeable until a couple updates ago.

Activity Monitor on the Mac has Outlook using very little resources. Our email server's utilization is minimal as well.

Any idea what could be causing the slowdowns? Any place I should begin looking?

This is a known issue with Kerio Connect 7.4.1 and Outlook, although I've seen it on Lion as well as SL.

I'd open a ticket with Kerio support right away. The more customers who do so, the faster engineering will fix it.
