I've have a user who has been having difficulties with replies to his ICS meeting invites showing up in webmail or outlook 2010 with KOFF. He does however see the message content on his iphone.
Here's what happens:
1. user creates a meeting, invites clients & consultants, includes agenda description and hits send.

2. client replies to user's invite suggesting new time for meeting in the agenda description area.

3. user receives reply, but cannot see modified content anywhere except on his iphone. OL2010 shows blank everything except for new time for the meeting. Webmail shows sender correctly but no agenda description info and a blank ics attachment.

I need to able to at least see the modified and return ics content without the use of an iphone to do so.

Additional info:
I re-synched the users cache, which was a long shot and did not help anyway.
