I have at least 3 users who have KOC (koff) install hanging for hours when trying to upgrade. This has happened on two Vista installs and one Windows 7 install. The other 60 odd users (half XP half Win7) seem to have updated fine.

How can I get KOFF to install on these systems?

Kerio Connect version 7.4.1-7267

Have you tried to manually install the upgraded KOFF client using the KOFF .exe installer or the .msi installer appropriate to your version of Outlook (x86/x64) instead the autoupgade?

I was doing the manual install with the binary off our local server's Integration with Windows page. I did finally get the machines updated. For some reason the installer was finishing up but still showing that it was running. I finally gave up (after 2 1/2 hours of watching it) and cancelled the install. I then looked for Kerio in Programs and Features and saw that the applications had the day's time stamp. I checked the Task Manager and saw the Kerio installer service still running so I halted it. Then, starting Outlook caused a crash, so I cleared KOFF from the Task Manager, and then went into the profile settings (by way of Mail app in the Control Panel) and emptied the cache for that profile. I started up Outlook and things worked.

It looks like there is some minor stability issues in the 7.4.1 KOFF binary or maybe the systems that had this issue were not fully patched from Microsoft. I didn't check that initially. Which is possible because out of over 60 systems, only 3 had this issue. That's a pretty good success rate.

Thanks to everybody who looked in on this thread.
