Is there a way to setup an "escape to operator" feature when callers are listening to voice mail greetings? In other words pressing 0 while listening to a voice mail greeting redirects the caller to an extension or ring group.

I am currently running the 1.2.2 build 4568 as a trial.

Thanks,
Todd

Hi,

the # just skips the greeting message.

Kerio Operator doesn't support redirection from voicemail.

You may vote for this feature using "Suggest Idea" button in the welcome screen of Web Administration.

Is this still something that needs to be suggested?

I am surprised that more people have not asked for this feature. I do believe callers should have the option to redirect out of a voice mail greeting to an operator so the caller does not have to call back if they need immediate assistance.
Thanks,
Todd

Thanks,
