Hello!
I am trying to connect Kerio Operator to a fixed line, and the problem is that when I try to call 7-digit phone number, everything is ok, but when I try to call 11 digit nubber (such as 8-495-9161758), the dialing fails.
I was told that it is necessary to make a pause after 8 for the correct dialing.
I tried to use W after 8 in call routing rules, but the program doesn`t recognise it.

Coulg you please help me

I am using Kerio Operator 1.2.2 with Digium 401 (410 with one FXO)
