I just migrated to Eset Endpoint Antivirus, and I noticed at my workstation but also I got info from workers, that they have problem with stability (especially when terminating Outlook it just crashes or stops responding) and with opening attachements.

I noticed when I looked up the status, what Eset is scanning, that it scans for KOFF database, and files in firebird directory that I believe belongs also to KOFF.

My question is, should I put exclusions to those dbx file and firebird directory?
