Hello! Smile

I did try to find a similar problem in this forum, but I didn't know exactly how to search for it.

What I'd like to accomplish is, forwarding a particular NON-existing receiver adress (e.g. mike.sample<_at_>domain.com) to any internal account.

The problem is, that we have two similar domains running (e.g. test.com and test-pr.com) and sometimes people don't type in the exact adress of the opponent they'd like to reach and simply forget the '-pr' at the end. Then of course it gets bounced back.
Of course I could put in extra accounts with the 'test.com' adress and forward those to the designated person with the other domain, but that will only kill user licenses and I would like to avoid that!
So is there any way to make certain adresses not to get bounced but forwarded instead?

I really couldn't find any hint on the Kerio admin interface or I was simply too blind Cool

You should use Aliases.

Sorry since I'm working on several solutions right now and thought this would be the least problem to solve, I have another question regarding mail forwarding:

What should I do if I'd like to automatically forward only CERTAIN mails (e.g. from a certain EXTERNAL domain, no specific user!) to a specified internal account??
Aliases only work with internal domains, but I really can't find anything that could be relevant... Confused

Should I use Mail Filters to re-route those mails?

Edit: Mail Filters do the job works fine. Thx anyway!!!!
