Hello all.

I'm running the current version of K9 mail (downloaded yesterday) on a Galaxy S3/ Android ICS. I'm a newcomer to Android so please forgive any obvious questions or ignorance.

I'm trying to connect K9 to my work Kerio Connect Webmail. It's proving impossible.

I've found various instructions on line, but nothing seems to work. Currently I'm entering the following as prompted by K9:

email address (entered - including domain)
password (entered - as used to log into Kerio on line)

select Manual setup
select Exchange (WebDAV)

username (I have tried both my email address with domain name and my username without domain name as I use would to log in on line)
password (as above)
exchange server (entered the Kerio domain name webmail.companydomain)
security type -

Regardless of whether I select no security, or any of the other options, I always receive a 'Setup could not finish - Cannot connect to sever (IOException)' message.

I've tried using IMAP rather than WebDav and the error message is different - I'm told the username and password are incorrect (they're not).

Any help would be greatly appreciated as this is proving really troublesome.

Thanks.

This has been resolved. For reference, users need to disable wifi when setting up, and choose IMAP. Everything else is largely obvious.

Having the same trouble here, IMAP works, but exchange does not - why?
