Hello,

I would like to use Kerio Connect for some users of one domain and set up a permanent forward to another mail adress for another user under the same domain.

Example:

- MX Record of domain.tld points to Kerio Connect server.
- user<_at_>domain.tld > Kerio Connect mailbox
- otheruser@domain.tld > permanently forwarded to otheruser<_at_>anotherdomain.tld

Is there a possibility to do that without using up an account?

You could set up an alias on the Connect server to deliver mail sent to otheruser<_at_>domain.tld to any email address you want - either on the KC box or some other mailserver. However, something has to be set up with the routing rules. You do not have to create a user account.
