through the auto attendant scripts when I'm called outside and when the caller enters the extension number,the buzz is not saved.
how can I fix this?

Is this a case when an incoming call is forwarded to an external destination, like your cell phone?

replay:
we didn't tried forward the external destination scenario.

we couldn't record any incoming call without using call queue.
actually we need record all incoming and outgoing calls.
by the way,we don't have a valid license for operator.is this a reason for not recording in&out calls?

when someone calls from inside and from outside in all scenarios;
must be recorded.

Hi,

Do you run Operator 1.2.2 or 2.0.0? If it is the first one, it is only possible to record call queues.

If you do not have a license and your trial period (30 days of uptime) has expired, Operator saves your changes in its configuration database but the changes are not generated into Asterisk configuration files. In other words, Operator runs with the configuration version you had when the trial expired.

Once you upload the license file, all Asterisk configuration will be regenerated.

we are installed 2.0.0 version.
but the system gives error:astrisk is not running.
we uploaded our backup file as configuration,all settings comes true but as we sad;asterisk not running.
for that reason we can't register sip accounts.
thats it for now.

Looks like your trial has expired. You may check that in the splash screen after you log into the Admin GUI.
