Hi,

I installed 2.0.0 and in Voicemail > Email see a check box called 'Use new way of integration with Kerio Connect".

I do not remember this checkbox from the previous version and can't see any documentation for it. What does it do?

Thanks,

ft.

Hi,

This checkbox enables an alternative implementation of the voicemail/e-mail integration. Some of our customers had problems with the IMAP voicemail module in Asterisk. We fixed a number of issues in that code but eventually decided to replace it with our own solution. This alternative will become the default integration module later. It's been very stable in all our tests so far but I decided to keep both versions in 2.0.0 as voicemail is a sensitive feature.

It is safe to switch to the alternative implementation, you do not risk any data loss. If you decide to use the new module, it would be great if you provide feedback after running it for some time.

Vladimir
