Hi,

It is possible for the caller to listen to a the regular 'calling tone', rather than music-on-hold while they are in a call queue?

Thanks,

ft.

Hi,

Operator doesn't support this feature directly, but you can always record the ringing tone yourself and then use it as music-on-hold.

Moreover, you may create & vote for this feature using the "Suggest Idea" button on the welcome screen of Web Administration.

Best
Filip
