Is there a way to trigger Kerio to rebuild an index on a certain calendar under a certain user?

I have a group calendar and users add appointsments. I have one person that needs to execute those appointments. I wanted that person to get the pop up reminders from their Outlook client when the calendar event is due. It appears that Outlook only allows this from your default calendar. As a work around I can setup a job that will copy the calendar EML files to the executor's default calendar folder. But I need to trigger an index rebuild to get the items to actually populate in his calendar on Outlook.

Or if you have another suggestion, I am all ears. (I tried to share this person's default calendar but Outlook complained everytime I tried to connect to it.)

Thanks in advance.
