Hi!

Problem: We use Tobit David for receiving personal faxes. They're determined through a personal fax number - 4 digits. So far I managed that Kerio grabs a pop3 box from david which contains all the personal faxes and puts them into one public kerio folder. Now I want to sort them automaticly into each users personal in-box.

I already tried creating a rule for the admin user which got access to the public fax folder like "if email to field contains wxyz (<- the personal number) then move the message to blabla<_at_>domain.de". But that doesn't work. I guess the personal rules only cover the personal mailboxes and not the public folders.

So the question is: How can I manage to sort the emails into the personal in-boxes?! Ideas?

Hi Pavel,

I tried that as well but it didn't work:

The "to:" field of these fax-eMails just contains the 4 digits personal fax number - no domain, nothing more! But the kerio sorting rule field "Adressen sortieren" (the first one, maybe "sorting address" in english) demands a full domain... and now?! Smile
