Hello,

Can anyone direct me on how to increase the default 10 Minute URL UnLock rule from the default 10 minutes to 60 Minutes? I have a group of power users that do not apply to our 8-4pm lockdown policy and and they are complaining that it is annoying they have to click the unlock button every ten minutes while visting different URL's and would like it to switch to 60 minutes instead.

If i understand...
Make groups for them, that they dont need unlock rules...

Question cannot be stupid, but some of the answers can.

Been a while since I've been on this thread Laughing

I'm still curious if it's possible to increase the length of Time a User can UNLOCK URL rules.Previous poster said to create a group but that was already in place. I think there was a misunderstanding from my OP.

I have a group of people that can override the URL locks and surf any web pages they like. After ten minutes of sitting IDLE if a user who can overide URL locks is then redirected to another page for them to click unlock again. How can I increase the timeout value from 10 minutes to 60 minutes???
