Hello,

This past week I've been looking into a weird issue that I'm looking for a bit of help with. We are running version 7.4.2 of Kerio Connect on a CentOS 5 system. All of our users use webmail exclusively.

The issue has to do with a user's personal calendar. He has a lot of appointments and reminders set up pretty much every day. When he views his calendar on the monthly or weekly view, those events show up properly at the correct times. However, when he views them on the daily view (so only a single day's events show up), the events are there, but the times are all wrong. They appear to show up 4-6 hours earlier than they should. It's not consistent how far off they show, and the blocks of time are not even the correct length, and they don't line up at all with top of the hour or half past the hour even. Just randomly show up. However, reminders will still pop up at the correct time. It's just something with the way his daily calendar displays these events. So far, it seems only this 1 user has this issue, which makes it even more strange. He's running Windows 7 Pro with Firefox 14.0.1.

Any ideas on what could possibly be causing this?

Are this events scheduled locally by Kerio, or are they scheduled elsewhere and the user invited to them?

It sounds like a combination. Most are events that he sets up himself, but he says that some of them are external invites that are scheduled elsewhere.

If the events are displayed correctly in the monthly and weekly views this should not atter anyway. It's just that we sometimes have problems with events scheduled with some old versions of Lotus notes, were timezones sem to get messed up.
Did you try looking at the calendar from anotehr computer? Maybe there is a mis-configuration with the user's box.

I tried it on another system... and it works fine. Which makes this even more confusing. What setting on his local system could cause this one method of viewing a webmail calendar screw up? His system is fully updated, running current versions of Firefox, Java, etc. The system is set to time sync against our time server, and the time zone is set properly. His time zone in Kerio is also set properly.

Very weird.

Maybe some Firefox Add-On messing up? What happens if he uses Firefox with add-ons deactivated? There is an option in the About menu to try this.
