Hi,

We have 6 different queues using dynamic agents.

Each agent is a member every queue.

Is it possible for the agent to dial a single number to log into all 6 queues? Or do they need to log in individually?

Thanks,

ft.

Hi,

They need to log in individually. You could automate this via the AMI interface, using a script that would connect to AMI and add the user to each of the six queues.

Thanks,

AMI is available using the RAW TCP interface (port 5038), which is probably what you refer to as 'telnet'. HTTP interface (aka 'AJAM') is not available, neither is TLS (port 5039).
