I have a server Kerio Control 7.2.0. He is registered in to a Windows domain on my network and capture users from ActiveDirectory.
My network computers do not receive the message "access denied" in case of refusal of access. But if I disconnect my Kerio server's of domain, the warnings "access denied" appear in the stations.
I would keep this server connected to my domain and that the message "access denied" is displayed on stations of my network.
How to solve this problem?

I think it's a DNS problem.

What you mean by: "do not receive the message "access denied"

1- they receive Blank page ?

2- "The page cannot be displayed" error from your browser, as if the internet is Disconnected ??

3- Try to do this :

Open some restricted site.. and Look at the URL of the message..

>> it just show the URL of the restricted site ?

>> it looks something like this:
http:/ /your_Kerio_Domain_name:4080/nonauth/deny.php?dest=aHR0cDovL 3d.....

(OR)

https:/ /your_Kerio_Domain_name:4081/nonauth/deny.php?dest=aHR0cDovL3d.....

if So.. try to replace the domain name of Kerio with it's LAN IP address.. and keep the entire URL... something like this:

http:/ /192.168.100.1:4080/nonauth/deny.php?dest=aHR0cDovL3d.....

and Press enter,,, now.. does the message displayed ?
if So.. its a DNS problem..

Give more details about your Network.

** PS **

Does "Client for Microsoft Networks" Protocol is unchecked/uninstalled from Kerio machine??

if so.. try to get it back.. and check if the message show up

Hello

Very interesting explanations, but I'm still several questions:

- I did the scan settings "DNS" Kerio's machine and everything is correct, as the image that I have attached here in the post.

- In Kerio error logs the following error appears: "Failed to send DNS query to server 192.168.1.10: 10022". What can be?

- Also spotted problems to open the login page of Kerio stations with "Windows XP". On machines that have "Windows 7", when typing a web address, automatically opens the login page of Kerio. In "Windows XP" I type a web address, and then waiting 30 seconds just opens the message "The page can not be displayed".

IMPORTANT DETAIL: I'm having this same problem on 3 different Kerio servers and networks. Other co-workers also have the same problems. And in all cases, the only way to solve it by disabling the capture of domain users.

Can you help me?
