Hi we have added a new Digium TDM410 (4-port analogue FXO) card to our system. We booted the system up again and everything looks fine but we can't seem to find the ports under Cal Routing. The ports for our Digium B410 card shows there automatically and it has been working great.
Do we have to set this card up manually somehow?

Thanks

Pieter

Hi,

The card should show automatically. You may download the support information file from the System Health screen in the Admin GUI and check the lspci section of the file to see if the card appears there, and under what name.

I have attached the support file form a clean Operator 2.0 install with only the TDM410 inserted.

I don't think the card is listed in the file.

Hi,

The card appears at the very end of the lspci listing in the file. We will check if the identification matches the one expected by Operator.

Hi,

I can see in the kernel.log following lines:

[17/Aug/2012 09:44:56] kernel:[ 4.665108] wctdm24xxp 0000:03:00.0: Port 1: Not installed
[17/Aug/2012 09:44:56] kernel:[ 5.279139] wctdm24xxp 0000:03:00.0: Port 2: Not installed
[17/Aug/2012 09:44:56] kernel:[ 5.585156] wctdm24xxp 0000:03:00.0: Port 3: Not installed
[17/Aug/2012 09:44:56] kernel:[ 5.891173] wctdm24xxp 0000:03:00.0: Port 4: Not installed

Are you sure you have attached X100M FXO modules on the TDM410?

Hi Jakub thanks for getting back to us. Yes indeed we forgot to put the FXO modules onto the card. It was never ordered to begin with. We have ordered two FXO modules and will install it and test again.

Thanks again.

Hi,

Thanks Jakub.

We do not have the modules and have just ordered them.

Will test again once they arrive.
