Hi,

since a few weeks we got a message from Kerio Connector (sorry the message is in german) "Ihre Mailbox wurde wahrscheinlich ├╝berschrieben und die Synchronisierung eingestellt". What does it mean and how can we resolve this problem ?

Outlook 2007 has only one profile.

The Version of the kerio offline connector is 6.7.3

If the error is something like "Your mailbox is likely to be overwritten and set for the initial synchronization", it seems like you may have upgraded recently? I believe it could be related to some of the operation that is performed after the upgrade - there are few things that you must bear in mind:

Upgrade to Kerio Connect 7.2
----------------------------
-The local cache will be converted upon the first start of Outlook after the upgrade. This may take up to several tens of minutes, depending on the size of the local cache and hardware performance (expected upgrade speed is 1GB per 5 minutes). It is not possible to use Kerio Outlook Connector (Offline Edition) during the local cache conversion. See this knowledge base article for more details: kb.kerio.com/187/
-Since version 7.2.0, we have changed the mechanism of the automatic upgrade of Kerio Outlook Connector (Offline Edition). The upgrade process is newly performed by the new Kerio Updater Service. The service is installed within the first full installation of Kerio Outlook Connector (Offline Edition) 7.2.0 and higher. Installation of the service requires administration privileges. To ease the transition for users without administration privileges, the old upgrade mechanism will continue working through all 7.2.X versions. During this transition period, users and/or administrators have to perform full re-installation with administration privileges. See this knowledge base article for more details: kb.kerio.com/188/

Upgrade to Kerio Connect 7.3

-The Kerio Updater Service is mandatory now. he Kerio Outlook Connector won't be upgraded without this service. See this knowledge base article for more details about Kerio Updater Service installation: kb.kerio.com/188/

Upgrade to Kerio Connect 7.4

In case of dowgrade to older version of Kerio Connect, Kerio Outlook Connector needs to be downgraded manually. Read following knowledge base article for more details: kb.kerio.com/982

No, there was no upgrade. This problem is only in one mailbox. I dont no where the problem is.

Also I recognized, that you are on a pretty old version of Kerio Connect. If you have a valid Software Maintenance I strongly recommend an update on the latest version which will be free of charge, as long as you have a valid Software Maintenance.
