basically what I need is to block computers with static IPs. which are not reserved through kerio.

meaning some users know the correct range of IP and just "setting" a static IP to gain access to network.

is there an option or toggle to block computer with incorrect mac to ip assignment (or no assignment at all)

What i meant was is it possible to block computers not using correct ips or computers using static ips that are not reserved.
Short of saying computer with invalid assigned ips.

Solution for you is MAC address filtering, you have to explicitly list all allowed MAC addresses (ID of network adapter).
