Hello,

We need to have an internal extension for fast dialling some external service. For example, there is some number like 4951112233 and an remote extension code like a 4567 which must be entered after remote side answered. In KO there is a "Speed Dial" feature, but it couldnt dial additional digits after a pause (which "w" command in pure asterisk) and a "#" char.
Even the cheapest Panasonic model can do this perform in simply way.
Any ideas?

Hi Sergey,

such feature is currently not supported. You may vote for it through the "Suggest idea" (aka uservoice) feature.

Just out of my curiosity, would you like to dial a SIP extension, a SIP interface or an analogue/digital interface via the Speed Dial?

Best
Filip

Thnx for answer.

I have created new uservoice feedback.kerio.com/forums/125515-kerio-operator/suggestions/ 3072522-extended-speed-dial-feature
Please, vote it. This feature is important, because the need to use external voice services is quite high.

We want to dial an external number via the SIP interface and then dial some more digits for use service (fax2email in our case) in automatic mode.

BTW, fax2email (feedback.kerio.com/forums/125515-kerio-operator/suggestions /2486305-fax) is required feature too.
