Ok, so we've been testing this for a few days and this is an issue we can pretty much reproduce regularly:

When I am trying to call a user from my cell phone, I will get the "welcome to verizon wireless, your call cannot be completed..." message. I can call and repeat this behavior as many times as I please.

Then, when I go into the Kerio Operator Extensions config, right-click my extension, Edit, and then Save (without making changes), suddenly inbound calls start working for that extension, and they will work for about 3 minutes until something stops working and then I get the "welcome to verizon..." message.

Any thoughts?

Looks like Operator becomes unregistered with your SIP provider for some reason. Who is your SIP provider?

Did you check the error & warning log? Probably the best way to diagnose this would be to start the built-in packet sniffer (in System > Network), do some configuration change, and then have the sniffer run for a few minutes. The open the packet dump in Wireshark and check the SIP communication. If you do not know how to use Wireshark (or other packet analyzer), just send the dump to me (vtoncar at kerio dot com).
