Hi,

I have a strange problem. One of our users came back from holidays and stop all forward rules on his account but all mails that was sent to him arrive to an other user. is ther a way to correct this?

Ex:
I write to toto<_at_>titi.com
toto@titi.com[/email] dont receive the mail but tata<_at_>titi.com does.

Sorry for my poor english.

Thanks for help.

Christophe

It seems the user has mail filter rule which forwards all emails to this user. Or the administrator set it up for the user on server. Check both user settings and user mail filter rules.

Hi,

Thanks for your reply, but i've checked all rules both user side and server side, and those are all stopped.

An other strange thing is that the original receiver never receive the message.

Have you an other idea?

Christophe

Enable Sieve filter debugging and Queue processing in the debug log.
I recommend contacting your Kerio Partner, they can help you.

Thanks for your reply. In fact, a rule was always active on the user account.
