We are having an issue with our Kerio Operator v2.0 setup.

We have a call queue set to Queue strategy: "Ring in order" - "(i) Ring agents in the defined order. Dynamic agents are rung after static agents." and static agents are defined.

The problem is that dynamic agents are being called before static agents.
We would like for the static clients to be called first and dynamic clients after.
Wrap up time is set to 0 seconds so that is not the reason why first agent in order is skipped. We have this issue on all our queues.

Hi Patrik,

I just tried it with two phones on Operator 2.0 and it worked fine for me. Does the static agent's phone ring after the dynamic ones or does it ring at all?

Could you please generate a support info file (System Health-> Support Information) and send it to fjenicek<at>kerio<dot>com.
