Just a quick question. Does anyone know if Kerio Connect offers Single Instance Message Store? Meaning if you send an email to a local distribution group, it only stores one copy of the message for all mailboxes to access?

Couldn't find anything in the documentation and wanted to confirm.

Thank you.

No it does not. Kerio uses a flat file storage of the emails received in .eml (basically text) files in a folder for each user. When an email is addressed to multiple people, a copy is written to each user's folder.

Depending on what you are trying to do, you can setup a Public Folder, assign it an email address, restrict who has access to it and what access they have, then you would have a place where everything received would be a single instances but could be accessed by multiple people.
