I just discovered that we have 2 users who only make calendar entries via their iPhones and while they can enter appointments to a shared public calendar these appointments never show up in the KC calendar. They seem to get calendar updates made by other people.

They can add events from iCal.

When I attempted to add an event to the calendar using the Web Mail interface I was told that I may not because this was not my folder. I have Administrative privileges. So I am suspecting Kerio Connect.

I configured the iPhones with iPhone Configuration Utility. In the utility I entered 2 payloads for CalDAV. For the shared calendars the Principal URL is:
https://mail.washingtonian.com:8443/caldav/users/washingtoni an.com/.public

An idea about possible alternate configurations?
