Hi,

I have Operator integrated with Connect. Voicemail and email integrate nicely.

I have a user who has just set up a rule in OSX Mail app, 10.8 to move incoming Operator voicemails out of his email inbox to a different folder.

But his desktop phone no longer reflects when a message has been read.

What is the expected behavior? Does that feature only work when voicemails are in the inbox? It's not a big deal, but I just need to be able to advise users what to expect.

Thanks,

ft.

Hi,

you can choose global folder for all users in Kerio Operator 2.0.X (it can be done in Integration configuration dialogue only).

The folder cannot be changed per user.

You may vote for such feature through the "suggest idea" (aka uservoice) feature.
