Hello Smile

In our company, there is a public calendar for each employee. Do you have to subscribe separately each calendar or is there a easier way?

Currently I'm doing it this way:

  • open webmail
  • right click on calendar to subscribe
  • use in calendar client
  • now opens outlook 2010

We have about 15 computers on which the calendar need to be installed. So on each computer 15 calendar Shocked

If you mean that there is one public calendar that all the employees can access, you can use public folders to accomplish that. As an admin in the web client, you can create a calendar in public folders, and everyone by default will have read access to it.

If you mean each employee has a calendar that they have shared with the public, I don't know of an easier way.

Mid 2015: Quit Kerio and moved to Exchange 2013 and Meraki.
Kerio Control 8.4.0--Used since it was WinRoute, many years ago
Kerio Connect 8.4.0 on Ubuntu. Bought Connect just in time for the switch to NO SUPPORT(aka pay for support). Not. Happy.
