Hello, I am currently satisfied with the product Kerio Control by cons I meet a small concern at the vpn connection.
kerio control is hosted in the domain controler and it is the dns and dhcp server (unless the server wins) I left the settings by default in the server configuration vnp. vpn connection works very well but once established I can not ping either the local computer or view the sharing unless I can to get to the server without problem.

thank you in advance

Where does it end up if you try 'tracert' from one end of the VPN tunnel to the random machine in the LAN behind Control? Are you trying IP address or hostname? Have you got WINS server running in your LAN? The WINS service is used for resolution of hostnames to IP addresses within Microsoft Windows networks. Assigning of a WINS server address then allows VPN clients browse in LAN hosts (Network Neighborhood / My Network Places).

Kerio Control can detect WINS servers either automatically (using its host configuration) or use specified addresses of primary or/and secondary WINS server(s). Automatic configuration can be used if you are sure that WINS servers on the Kerio Control host are set correctly.

The problem could be also on the destination computer which is blocking packets from the VPN subnet.
