I was wondering is any other user has experience this issue?

We have a user of Mac Mail getting the a rather strange message - which appears to be coming from our Kerio Connect Server.

"the sender address (then his email address shows) was rejected by the server. select a different outgoing mail server"

There have been no changes to his account, no updates on any software and his account works fine using Ouutlook on his Mac.

My next step will be to remove the Mac Mail account and try setting it up again to see what happens, however as he is a seniour director he would prefer an answer rather than a "let's delete it and try again".

Anyone any ideas what could have caused this?

You can get a clue from server's logs or SMTP server debug log (if it is enabled).
I guess most common cause is that the client does not use SMTP authentication and tries to relay email to non-local domain.
