I have the stagest issue, where by none of my users can send to any domain that is apart of BT including BT Yahoo.

I can recieve from BT based domains I can send to anyone except emails with any variation of the BT domain, i get the 4.4.3 DNS lookup Failed.

Its so perplexing as i have done all the reverse lookups and i can see the MX records and the IP addresses but Kerio refuses to send to this domain.

Its becoming a real issue and have no idea where to look next, any advice appreciated

Enable "SMTP Client" and "DNS Resolver" in the debug log and post the log snippets here.

Which are the exact recipient domains?

Problem solved - but only by chance.

We use sonicwall as our firewall with the CGSS which we use to block access to certain sites. Because BT, Yahoo and Gmail are all in bed with each other and uses shared servers a rule set to block access to yahoo mail also precluded the mail sever from sending to BT.

So a quick rule change later to allow the mail server to access yahoomail and boom all BT email starts sending
