We have one user whose emails vanish from Outlook after exactly two weeks. All folders are affected.
The affected emails are always still visible in Webmail and on on his iPhone, just not in Outlook.

We've cleared the Outlook connector cache and run a repair on the Outlook install but the problem continues.

We're using KC 7.4.3 user has Office 2003 on XP.

Anyone else seen this?

Does the user have Archiving turned on? By default it runs every 14 days. OTOH, with archiving I wouldn't expect to see the messages in web mail.

Can you right-click on the affected folder in Outlook - Properties - AutoArchive and make sure it is disabled
