I thought I'd post this for the benefit of others...

We recently had a few users report problems with Outlook getting free/busy information via the Kerio connector.

A full uninstall and reinstall of Office and the Kerio Conector solved the issue for one user.

However, for another, this was the solution that worked:

Outlook uses WinINet to do its internet connections (just like almost everything else on the face of the windows planet). WinINet uses a complicated collection of settings in the registry that are all exposed by IE's "Internet Options" dialogs. I was testing a different application last night that also relies on WinINet and found its behavior was not as expected.

Short version of solution: "Restore Advanced Settings"
