Dear Kerio Team,

how can we see what space has occupied most of the storage space?
Since every user can create hos own space we cannot control how much data he has uploaded .
We have 400 users and it is hard to track , actually imposibble , how many GiGs has some space occupied. And when we ran out of storage space , how could we, in real time, determine which space has much data and warn users to free it if possible.
Customer will not take that as good if I answer "I do not know nor the sistem does!"

So how could we protect and optimaze space ocuppation ?
I do not think quota per user is good because user can upload files to every space if allowed.

thank you in advance and best regards

Hi Tonci,

Please login to your Workspace WebAdmin console, on the first page is a 'suggest idea' button. Use that to access the Feedback site where you can vote for features you would like to see.
