Hello there,
Seems that Kerio Control VPN does not support game servers as general. No matter the traffic rules you create the broadcast over Kerio VPN is limited so when there is a game server the clients are not able to see it nor see each other in the game lobby. Only games which support direct join ( obviously ) are working. Is there a walk around or a way to enable broadcast over vpn?
Best Regards

I think you talk about the Linux variant.
Broadcast isn't possible. This is the same problem with Wakeup On Lan command.
It seems that the windows variant will work.

Hello,
I'm talking about the windows version of Kerio Control. The broadcast is limited inside Kerio VPN Server so clients are not able to play multiplayer games regardless the rules you create to allow all kind of traffic going between them over VPN borders. Kerio VPN Server drop packets regardless the traffic rules so VPN clients are not able to host/join multiplayer games between them.If it's not suppose to be a broadcast traffic over VPN why vpn servers like hamachi has no problem to channel it. Do I have to configure a static route to channel udp broadcasts over vpn ?
Best Regards

There are specific solutions for on-line gaming - ie. https://secure.logmein.com/products/hamachi/

I thought it could be done with Kerio as well because it's a matter of a traffic and service. While Kerio supports creating VPN server and traffic management it's normal to be able to manage broadcasts as well as a part of protocol operations and to not drop the broadcast packets regardless the firewall rules and services. Many applications use and depends on udp broadcasts to operate and Kerio should support that Razz. I hope to see it implemented next version.
P.S. I'm looking forward how the issue could be solved using Kerio Control only, so if anyone has ideas or solution how can I forward the broadcast over Kerio VPN please let me know
Best Regards
