Although I've been using KC for about 6 years, I've never (well not until now Confused ) needed to access some old email data. I have all the old Monthly Archive folders filed away, with the last 6 Months of Folders left on-line in the Archive folder.

The manual suggests that the Archive folders are available via the Administrator account. Up to a point this is true - in that I can see and access the current Month's Archive folder. The question is: "How do I access a folder from an earlier date?"

Any clues?

Aha! I might have cracked part of the conundrum. I set the "Compress" option and the manual is quite specific that the email client cannot read these compressed folders.

Yeah - that's it. Unzipped the compressed folder and it appears in 'Administrator'.

Hope this helps someone else.
