Hi,

I cannot seem to get custom spam rules to match incoming emails.

My client gets emails from email@domain.com which are marked as spam. So I added a rule to always allow where sender = email@domain.com or from domain is domain.com or from address is *<_at_>domain.com . But no matter what I try the rule never seems to match.

Last Used Before field is always Ununsed

I've also tried variations using substring match, from and sender fields. It doesn't seem to matter what I try it doesn't work.

Is there any way to try and debug this?

Thanks, Ryan

I use those rules a lot and they always work.

KC is checking the header of the mail for those rules. Please right-click such a mail (in WebMail) and choose "View Source". In the header, check the

From:

field. It is very well possible that it differs from the "Return-Path:" or "Reply-To:" field.
