Hey guys, I wanted to see if anyone out there has experienced this and if so, is there a fix? I have a user who just migrated over to Kerio connect. They are using the Outlook Connector w/Outlook 2010. Previously, the user could send mail from Quickbooks without any problems. Now after setting up their account on connect, they receive an error anytime Quickbooks tries to open up Outlook to send the message. They have two profiles setup, both are Kerio connect accounts and they are set to ask which profile to use. When Quickbooks tries to send the message, it does ask which profile to use, but after choosing they get an error. I know they can choose to send mail using Quickbooks Mail rather than Outlook, but the client would rather use Outlook. Any ideas?

Quickbooks doesn't work with KOFF in Outlook.

You can setup a POP3 or IMAP account and it will work fine with Quickbooks. This is how we got around the issue.

Really? I've been using it for close to a year now... (QB 2011/Outlook 2007), the one thing I have found is you have to have Outlook running before you try to send the email in Quickbooks or it will just sit in the outbox until you manually send, I assume this is because the KOFF client doesn't start up if called via QB. But as long as I have Outlook running first I've never had an issue.

Quickbooks changes how you send email depending upon if you have payroll or not. Did you change anything with that?
