how can i block ultrasurf on kerio control 7.2.2 build 3443?

There are more ways how to do it - for example find out what are destination IP addresses this program is connecting to and block them in Traffic Policy. You can also use the Kerio Web Filter. Another way - You should keep the services listed in the NAT rule in the Traffic Rules to the bare minimum. The NAT rule should not include HTTP or HTTPS so as to force the users to use the non-transparent proxy where you can block it as well (starting v7.4.X).
