We have dell scanners that query LDAP for user email addresses. When we query Kerio Connect using the email address we can not get any email addresses to show up if we query for all addresses that start with the letter L. So if someone's email address is ltest<_at_>domain.com and we search by the letter L then the query starts at the A's. If you search for all the K's and then scroll down the list it skips all the email addresses that start with the letter L. However, if you type LT for my example address then that address will appear. It is so strange that it only affects the letter L. There are four email addresses that start with L and they are all functional. If we use common name the queries all work but we don't want people to have to search by last name. Any idea's on what to check?

We decided to go back to AD for our LDAP. With the Kerio AD tool we can still turn security groups into distribution groups for queries and the L works Laughing
