We have 1 incoming line and 2 extensions. I setup the ring group to ring both those extensions on incoming calls. That works perfectly.

What I'm looking to do is send the call to a general mailbox if the ring group doesn't answer. If so can you setup a general mailbox without having an extension to add it to? And how?

Thank you!

Voicemail boxes are are always tied to a user. You could create a 'general mailbox user' to receive the messages.

This is pretty poor in my opinion, however, can you advise how to use a handset to connect to Kerio and access the "Group Voicemail" of another users extension?
