I use Office for Mac 2011, if I create an e-mail folder this folder will not synchronizes with the server.
The same problem is when I add a folder in the web interface. Although he is on the server exists but does not appear in Outlook.
In Outlook I can create folders but they will not be seen in the web interface.

So I can't create rules, because I get always the message folder was not syncronized.
Hope you can help me.

Thank you

I'm having this problem too. We have a user that can't see any folders created in his Mac Outlook client on the server and vice-versa.

Any help or advice would be appreciated.

Probably there is some unsynchronized message folder (big messages, many messages in one folder) that is blocking synchronization of folder tree. Check log in Outlook and the server.
