Like a few other people, who have posted in other threads, I've been trying to work out how to use html in the domain footer without using the inbuilt editor.

Following a tip for another program I seem to have found a way to do this. Here's what I did:

1.
Create your HTML signature. I used a text editor with basic inline CSS and a table for positioning (trying to float text around a logo didn't work).

2
Open the "signature.html" file that you've just created in Firefox (not tested with other browsers)

3
With the browser open so you can see the signature file displayed, choose 'Select All' then 'Copy' from the Firefox edit menu.

4
Open the Kerio Edit Domain > Footer window and (provided there's nothing in the window already) choose Paste from the Kerio Edit menu. Your signature file should appear as it did in Firefox.

5.
Make sure the 'Use HTML' checkbox is ticked and click OK to close the Edit Domain window

Regards
