Hi ppl,
i am using control 7.4 with 2 Internet lines.
1st: DSL 16MBit (VPN @ E-Mail only)
2nd: Cable 32Mbit (HTTP from the Clients)

All is working properly only the cable line was only 6MBit/s throughput. I was very confused, checked all other components in our network and searched for missconfiguration in Control. All was well.
Then i changed the LAN-Card in the control machine and look: full 32Mbit.
Maybee the drivers for RTL8169 are not working fine in the software appliance of control 7.4? Anybody can confirm?
PS: I am using RTL8139 now, working perfect @full speed!

It is possible that underlying Linux detected this card wrongly and used incorrect modprobe (used to load NIC driver to Kernel). Post the content of:
(1) /etc/modules.conf,
and output of:
(2) lsmod,
(3) dmesg|grep eth,
(4) ifconfig -a,
(5) lspci -vv,
(6) /opt/kerio/winroute/bin/ethstatus

This will give us more ideas.
