For Some people when they verify the unsubscription request it replies to the list-help<_at_> company.com instead of the appropriate reply to link and therefore are not unsubscribed and get very frustrated.

For example here is the the reply to email for an unsubscription request, when they reply, it sends it to the From address vs the Reply to address and therefore are not unsubscribe and is sent and email from the list-help<_at_>company.com (I removed person email and domain names)

From: List <list-help<_at_>company.com>;
To: <user<_at_>yahoo.com>
Reply-To: enews-uc=user=ayahoo.com=n672b970630b3dace3b856b7cffc7cb8b<_at_ >company.com;

How do we fix this? I have thousand on my email list, so asking the people to do something different won't work, how can Kerio fix this?

This is nothing Kerio can (or should) fix. If the client elects to use the From field over the Reply-To field for replies, there's nothing Kerio can do since it's a client issue. Gmail is known to go tits up with Reply-To fields, and it's been a long-standing bug with them.

It's actually been wrong for so long, that some people have begun thinking on it as a feature. Go figure.

Kerio can change it. Why not have the From field populate the same info as the Reply To Field, that would fix that problem. I don't believe the user are manually sending to the From address, they are probably hitting the reply to button, and their device (Android in this case) selects the From field instead of the Reply to field.

Or another option would be what most other mailing lists have is a a link in the email that people clcick on that would reference a webage on the kerio mail server and then remove the person from the list.

And create many other. Breaking a mail server to facilitate a client's brokenness is poor practice. Also, the actual sender of an email isn't necessarily listed in the From: field, plus you have the Sender: and Return-Path: fields. What are you gonna do with those?

If present, the Reply-To field should always trump the From field. How hard can it be?
