Hello

I use Kerio Mailserver 5.7.4

All email accounts recieve there email messages except an account called 'admin'. I have deleted the account and the folders making up its mailbox as I thought it may be a corrupt mailbox.

I then recreated the account but the problem persists. When testing the settings in Outlook the green tick appears next to all tests.

Any message I send using the 'admin' account is also lost in transit. Our server must be recieving the emails because a sender does not recieve a 'failure' notification.

Any help would be greatly appreciated as this account has been out of action for a while now and it is the account that is all over our sales literature.

Thanks

Have you set your admin account to "Forward only"?

You can also check if you got an "admin" folder in the Kerio store area.

What does the debug log say?

When I click Edit->Forwarding for the admin user, the 'No forwarding' radio button is selected. Other than these settings I cannot find a 'Forward only' option?

The MAIL log shows the following type of messages, what is the admin-bounce address? The admin account is the only account that causes this message to appear in the log:

[07/Jul/2004 10:20:44] SMTP: From: <jmalcolm<at>mycompany.org.uk>, To: <admin<at>mycompany.org.uk>, Size: 5052, Sender-Host: 10.146.26.22

[07/Jul/2004 10:20:45] List: From: <Admin-bounce<at>mycompany.org.uk>, To: <NULL>, Size: 5750, Post: jmalcolm<at>mycompany.org.uk

The log shows that you must have set up a Mailing List with the name of Admin.

You should remove that mailing list and then it will work.
