Hi

We have rather annoying and quite business critical problem. Some internal emails are being duplicate in public folders. We receive orders and notifications and if its duplicate, we end up placing two orders.

Here is what i have looked at and the clear view:
- Logs shows only one email has been sent to an address (internal)
- I have tried emptying the cache of koff but same thing
- Email address is going to a folder in Public folders and there are two same emails with same time stamp
- Headers are a bit different for both, but time stamp and email addresses are all same

Header for 1st email:

X-Footer: amFpa3Vkby5jb20=
Received: from localhost ([127.0.0.1])	by *****.com (Kerio Connect 7.4.2)

What do the mail and debug log say? In the debug log it could help to enable alias and filter messages
